Research Analyst – Biopharma Strategy Consulting

SUMMARY

RxC International is a biopharma strategy consulting firm. We are recruiting for research analysts to join our team. At RxC, you will work with experts on challenging issues that pharma and biotech companies are confronting. You will be an integral part of project teams that advise executives at leading biopharma companies around the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely and directly with RxC team members to solve client problems in the areas of new product planning and commercialization

• Contribute to and report on strategic market analysis for client and internal initiatives

• Conduct primary and secondary research, and analyze and summarize research data to communicate key insights and strategies

• Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis using state-or-the-art market research tools and advanced excel skills

• Support internal thought leadership and business development initiatives

• Work independently and as part of a team to create client presentations and complete client deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• At least one year of experience in biopharma consulting or within a biopharma company and a consistent top performer; Fresh graduates with excellent academic track record and prior internship experience are welcome to apply

• Must have general understanding of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector

• Must have demonstrated competence in delivering data-driven analytical insights and recommendations using spreadsheets and presentations

• Must have the ability to collaborate with internal and client teams and meet strict deadlines

• Must have solid business communication, writing, presentation and listening skills to success in this role

• Must be an enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic and ability to work in a virtual office environment

• Bachelors’ degree in sciences (biology, chemistry, biotech, chemical engineering, biomedical, public health, etc.) discipline with excellent academic record
  

Legal authorization to work without sponsorship in the U.S.  Approximately 25% travel is expected to support clients. Must be flexible to work virtually or from office as needed.

Must be located closer to our east coast offices in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA.
