Consultant - Life Sciences Strategy

SUMMARY

We are recruiting for Senior Consultant professionals in our rapidly growing entrepreneurial organization. In this position, you will work with experts on concurrent consulting projects across multiple therapeutic and functional areas. You will be responsible for delivering top quality strategic and operational solutions to clients. You will have an opportunity to do exciting work in a highly collaborative work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct primary and secondary research, and analyze research data to identify and interpret key insights and findings

• Contribute to and report on strategic and market analysis for client and internal initiatives

• Navigate between being an independent self-starter and as a team-member to craft, develop and deliver reports and presentations

• Work closely and directly with senior RxC partners to deliver strategic and operational solutions for a variety of life sciences clients

• Support business development initiatives and client proposals

• Perform quantitative analysis to solve client challenges 

•  Work independently and as part of a team to create client presentations and complete client deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree from top ranked university program with excellent academic record is required. Advanced degree in Management or Life Sciences discipline is beneficial

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management consulting

• Minimum 4 years’ direct experience with life sciences (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology, health care) clients

• Extensive experience with MS Office product suite, particular focus on spreadsheets and presentations

• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

• Ability to collaborate with clients, shift priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Strong business acumen - demonstrated knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical/biotech and healthcare industries is required

• Excellent business communication

• Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficient in a virtual environment

• Team player with the ability to accomplish results

Reasonable travel is expected to support clients. Work from home, dedicated office space required
